If you’ve ever felt like you were carrying pain too heavy to name or shame too deep to share, please know this: I’ve been there too.

​

I’m Shireen Olikh, a Clinical Psychologist who believes healing isn’t just possible—it’s your birthright.

 

My path here wasn’t easy. I lost my mother too young. I spent years battling the grip of alcoholism and walked through anxiety that sometimes felt paralyzing. But I made a decision to do the deep, confronting, soul-restoring work. And I’ve now been sober for over a decade.

​

That journey cracked me open. It taught me that the moments we feel most lost can also be where we find ourselves.

​

Today, helping others heal isn’t just my profession. It’s my life’s purpose. I work with people who are ready to stop just surviving and start truly living.

 

Together, we look beneath the surface, often to the wounded inner child still longing to be heard, and we start rewriting the story.

​

If you’re reading this, maybe you’re wondering if real change is possible. Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together. Or maybe a small part of you still believes there’s more for your life. That’s the part I want to meet. That’s where the work begins.

In my space, you’ll never be judged. You’ll be met with compassion, deep listening, and tools that actually create transformation. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to take the next brave step.
