Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellations, rescheduling, or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee, as the appointment time cannot be reallocated.

Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or late changes.

All payments for services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
